• Communicate respectfully and professionally with our nutrition experts and other users.
• Understand that the advice provided is for informational purposes and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

4. Payment and Fees

NutriLife Connect offers an initial consultation free of charge to help you understand our services and how we can assist you. Subsequent sessions and premium services are priced as detailed on our Services page. All fees are clearly stated and must be paid in advance of the service delivery. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with prior notice to our users. Any changes will not affect services already paid for.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a forfeiture of the session fee. Please contact your assigned nutritionist or our support team directly to manage your appointments.

The information and services provided by NutriLife Connect are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
